Transparency is key, there are never any hidden charges when you use our local process server in London. Our fixed fee always includes up to three attendances and provision of a Statement of Service

Remember also that as we are based in London you are instructing a local process server directly to undertake your serve.
Our standard fixed fee at £90 is suitable for most serves and provides for up to 3 attempts at personal service on a single individual / entity at a single address and a Statement of Service.
With no charges for mileage, parking, Congestion Charge or other expenses you have the security of knowing that the fixed fee of £90 is all you will pay for three attempts at service of your documents and provision of a Statement of Service. If you instruct us by email we will print the first 25 pages free of charge and aim to make the initial attendance within 2 working days.
We are happy to accept instruction by email but should you require the original documents served these can be posted to our Admin office.
Of course sometimes you need a more urgent attendance, an Affidavit of Service or more than 25 pages printed and our fees are as follows;
Initial attendance required within 24 hours +£25
Affidavit of Service +£25
Collection of documents from your Office or the Court +£45
Additional pages printed after the initial 25 free pages +10p per page
We also welcome LAA funded instructions which are charged at the prescribed hourly and mileage rates.
Whilst the majority of our instructions are from legal firms and departments we are happy to accept instructions from private paying clients and from International firms looking to have foreign process served in London.

We are happy to accept your instruction by email and there is no charge for printing up to 25 pages.
The initial attendance will be made within 2 working days.
We can also provide a fixed fee for more urgent serves, where multiple people need to be served or where an Affidavit of Service is required

Our fixed fee of £90 allows for up to three attempts at service on a single individual / entity at a single address, with the initial attendance being within 2 working days
These attendances will be made on different days and at different times to maximise the chances of meeting with the subject being served.
If you require the initial attendance within 24 hours the fee is £115 and if a same day attendance is required the fee is £140.
Proof of Service
Once your documents have been served we will prepare and provide you with a Statement or Certificate of Service depending on which is appropriate.
This Statement or Certificate will be in a Court compliant format.
Provision of the Statement or Certificate of Service is included in the £90 fixed fee service.
If you should require an Affidavit of Service this can be prepared and sworn for a fee of £20.
We are happy to accept your instruction by email and there is no charge for printing up to 25 pages.
