Our fixed fee service is ideal for your non-urgent serves with an initial attendance within 3 working days. If unsuccessful on the initial attendance we will make up to two further attempts at service.
Our standard fixed fee of £90 also includes provision of a Statement / Certificate of Service. An Affidavit can be provided for an additional £25

If you choose to instruct us by email we will print the first 25 pages free of charge and aim to make the initial attendance within 3 working days.
Our preference is to be instructed by email but should you require the original documents served these can be posted to our Admin office.
Of course sometimes you require an Affidavit of Service or more than 25 pages printed and our fees are as follows;

Our Process Server will make these attendances on different days and at different times so as to maximise the chances of meeting with the subject.
Proof of Service
When your documents have been served we will prepare and provide you with a Statement or Certificate of Service depending on which is appropriate.
The Statement or Certificate will be in a Court compliant format and this is included in the £90 fixed fee.
If you should require an Affidavit of Service this can be prepared and sworn for a fee of £25.
You can instruct us by email and there is no charge for printing up to 25 pages, additional pages are charged at 10p per page.
